Achieving and Sustaining Excellence
Trust Performance
At Waterton Academy Trust, we are dedicated to achieving and sustaining excellence across all our schools, for all our learners. We measure our success in a number of ways.
- Academic Achievement: We closely monitor pupil progress and pupil outcomes, so that our pupils are well-prepared for the next stage of their education. Click here to visit the School Performance Tables Site.
- Inclusion and Wellbeing: We measure our success in fostering an inclusive environment where all students feel supported, safe, and able to thrive. This includes monitoring attendance, behaviour, and the effectiveness of our care and support programs.
- Staff Development and Wellbeing: Our commitment to professional growth is reflected in how we support and develop our staff. We assess the impact of our training and development programs on teaching quality and leadership within our schools.
- School Improvement: We regularly review the effectiveness of our school improvement strategies, using both internal and external evaluations to ensure that every school in our Trust is on a path of continuous advancement.
- Inspection Outcomes: We track the results of Ofsted inspections, to ensure our schools are meeting regulatory standards and continuously improving. Positive inspection outcomes are a key indicator of our success in maintaining high-quality education across the Trust. For Ofsted outcomes please visit our Ofsted page.
- Community Engagement: We measure our success in building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community, ensuring that our schools are at the heart of their local areas.
